Five stars aren’t enough for Laser MD in Braintree! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. Their knowledge about laser hair removal and facial treatments was impressive, and they patiently answered all my questions. Lori was extremely professional and made sure I understood each step of the process. The results from my laser hair removal sessions has been life changing. My cool lift facial was incredible! I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for top-notch service and remarkable results!

Unfortunately the service was very poor. The person who treat me got very upset because I asked questions about the treatment. She didn’t finish the work because SHE felt I was not going to be happy with anything she did. Yet only did one side of my face. She didn’t care about the trauma of having one en cheekss etc. She didn’t offer any information about the products use or provide fact sheets of what to expect. This is very important. People should be given information on what to do or what to expect to avoid confusion and about panic etc. I hope you understand this is a constructive feedback.

I made an appointment at laser MD in Peabody for 4pm. I arrived and was told Jacky was not even there yet, which is fine, I don’t mind waiting a bit. I sat and waited, 4:20pm and still she was not there. I asked the the lady to see what is her eta. She said she called and Jacky did not pick up. I just sit around and 4:35pm, still no call no show. I couldn’t wait any longer not knowing if Jacky is coming in or not. I find this so disrespectful and unprofessional. My time was not valued, I did not even get an eta.

I bought a lower leg, underarm, and Brazilian package back in December 2021. My first session I was told not to shave for a few days before by the receptionist which is not true, and thankfully they didn't charge me $50 for the shave. The second time I was turned away for a spray tan (didn't know this rule, because no one went over anything with me) and I rescheduled for the next week. I showed up for the time and I realized I didn't receive a confirmation so they actually did not schedule me and I had to reschedule again for the next week. My actual second visit (but 5th time there) all went well. Over the summer I wasn't able to get anything done because of sun exposure and when restarting in the fall/winter, every single time I went in I was told I was too tan despite that just being my skin color in the dead of winter. Every person I saw had differing opinions about how high to put the laser too so I'm not sure how often I got treatment that would yield results. I believe I got 7 sessions from Jan 2022 to June 2023, and by now Oct 2023 everything has grown back and it's like I never got laser hair removal. In between sessions until about July/August 2023, the hair was much thinner at least but not anymore. It just wasn't a good experience, I wasn't sure how each session would go depending on who you had for your service, and now I spent over $1000 for no results and back to waxing I go!

I rarely leave reviews, but this time I was compelled to, because Gaia did an EXCEPTIONAL job with Botox for me. She made me look younger and more refreshed, while at the same time leaving my face with plenty of mobility and life. The lip flip she did was fantastic as well. She took away the fine lines in the mustache area :), and I am so grateful to her for that. Molto grazie Gaia! — I would also like to add that everyone whom I’ve encountered at Laser MD Spa has been just wonderful. They have all listened to my needs and opinions a client, yet gracefully balanced that with their own knowledge and experience, in order to reach the best outcome possible. I highly recommend Laser MD, and am grateful to everyone who has helped me to age as gracefully as possible. Now if they could on my get me to drink more water and to get some proper sleep….

Amazing experience at laserMD. The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. My skin gets younger and rejuvenated thanks to the advices and treatment I received here. love working with Marina, I was blown away by her skin knowledge and she is absolutely my inspiration. Such a great personality , I don’t think I could find anyone like her at any other skincare place.
